Three numbers. That's it.

Width, height, and depth — measured from the right places. Get these right and your panels fit the first time.

Measure height from the top of your flooring

Not the subfloor. Turf and pad add ¾"–1½" of height. If you measure from bare concrete and install turf later, your panels will be too tall and buckle.

Wall Subfloor Turf + pad
Measure from the green line (top of turf), not the subfloor beneath it.
No turf yet? Measure the subfloor, then subtract your planned turf thickness. A safe estimate is 1" total (½" pad + ½" turf). Already installed? Just measure from the top of the fiber.

Note obstacles

For each outlet, switch, window, or vent: measure its height from the floor, distance from the nearest corner, and its width × height. Take photos. We'll cut panels to fit around them.

Walls aren't perfectly square. Measure height at the left, center, and right. Use the smallest value so panels fit everywhere.
